    Description

    Managing Director, Human Resources

    As our Managing Director, Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic leader, responsible for developing and executing people strategies that ensure we excel at the fundamentals of the employee experience—such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and benefits administration—while also positioning the department as a trusted partner to organization-wide leadership. Day to day, you will:

    1.  Collaborate with CT’s Leadership to drive organizational goals through strategies related to workplace culture, workforce planning, performance management, and retention
    2.  Directly administer College Track’s human resource programs including: benefits; leaves; disciplinary matters; employee relations and conflict resolution; performance management; and mandatory trainings
    3.  Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in close partnership with Risk Management.

    • You are excited about working a a hybrid schedule. You’d be expected in the office 9:00-5:00 Tuesday-Thursday and have the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

    Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for the Managing Director, Human Resources  in Oakland, CA is $140,000-$190,000/ Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $152,500 - $164,999 /Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
