Are you a strengths-based, collaborative leader with a superpower for stabilization and program management? Are you hungry to exercise your many talents to build organization-wide capacity to even more effectively serve mediation and restorative practices-related needs in western Massachusetts? Are you adept at leading through ambiguity and navigating today’s nonprofit funding landscape? Collaborative Resolutions Group (CRG) is seeking an Executive Director who can lay a firm foundation for future success while advancing our organizational values. This is a full-time (32 hours per week), hybrid (primarily remote) position with occasional meetings in Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin Counties.
