    Description

    The Clubhouse Network (TCN) invites proposals from experienced consultants to support our Career Readiness initiative, a key component of our IMPACTS 4.0 grant. Funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), IMPACTS 4.0 aims to strengthen our mentoring programs and expand educational and workforce pathways for youth by fostering meaningful mentor-member relationships, increasing access to high-quality STEM programming, and addressing barriers rooted in racial inequity. This consultant will collaborate with TCN staff, mentors, and partner sites to strengthen our college and career readiness supports for youth, particularly those underrepresented in STEM fields.

    1. Facilitate Conversations with Subgrantees
      • Plan and lead a half-day virtual session with TCN sites to share best practices in supporting youth career and college readiness.
    2. Redesign Mentor’s Self-Paced Guide to Career Readiness
    3. Co-Develop Career Planning Tools
    4. Design and/or Curate College & Career Readiness Event Toolkits
      • Develop toolkits that help Clubhouses plan and facilitate events such as:
        • FAFSA and scholarship workshops.
        • Participation in national college and career fairs.
    5. Review or Develop Content for Clubhouse Connect (TCN’s internal resource portal
    6. Support the Development of STEM Career Panel

    Level of Language Proficiency

    Ideal candidates will have:

    • Demonstrated expertise in youth career readiness, particularly in underserved communities.
    • Familiarity with college access, workforce readiness, STEM career pathways, and WIOA standards.
    • Experience creating professional development tools and resources.
    • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
    • Experience working with nonprofits, education programs, or OST networks preferred.
