POSITION OVERVIEW
The Talent Opportunity Center (TOC) allows middle market alternative investment firms to share career opportunities with SEO alumni experienced in finance and banking. SEO talent partners can share their roles with more than 2,600 investment banking and asset management professionals, including 1,200 professionals with one to five years’ experience, presently working at Wall Street’s leading investment banking firms and seeking buy-side roles.
We are seeking an Assistant Director, TOC who will be responsible for leading the operations for the Talent Opportunity Center and supporting various elements of the Leadership Institute. The Assistant Director, TOC is expected to take a leadership role in continuing the build of the Talent Opportunity Center offering. The Assistant Director, TOC will work with SEO leadership, alternative investment and financial services firms, alumni and other partners to create professional opportunities for alumni, facilitate personal and professional development opportunities for SEO’s alumni, and other projects to meet organizational goals and meet the Leadership Institute’s impact. This role requires a highly motivated, strategic thinker with excellent relationship, project management and communication skills.
