    Description

    Reporting to and working closely with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) is a dynamic and visionary leader responsible for the overall administration, operation, and advancement of the organization. Entrusted with safeguarding the welfare of animals and promoting the mission of the shelter, the Executive Director manages a diverse team, oversees the budget, nurtures community relationships, and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic thinking, compassion, communication, and organizational expertise.
