    ABOUT THE ROLE

    MHR is hiring a strategic and mission-driven Vice President of Finance and Administration to lead finance, HR, billing, IT, and operations. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, this hybrid Saint Paul–based role is pivotal in advancing MHR’s financial strategy, operational systems, and long-term sustainability.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
      • Oversee HR, billing, IT, and facilities operations
      • Ensure compliance with Medicaid and government contracts
      • Present financial strategy to the Board and Finance Committee
      • Supervise and develop cross-functional department leaders

    QUALIFICATIONS

      • Senior-level nonprofit finance experience
      • Strong grasp of Medicaid/government funding
      • Inclusive, people-first leadership style
      • High emotional intelligence and strategic thinking
      • Bonus: Experience in behavioral health or Minnesota’s healthcare systems
