    Salary is commensurate with experience.  Salary range is $45,000 - $52,000 plus an amount to help with the cost of benefits.

    Description

    The Director of Operations will oversee educational support and will help steward the spiritual care of children and parents through Cornerstone Revitalization Center (CRC) in the Shady Hill community in north Chesterfield. The Director is tasked with overseeing and leading all aspects of our BigPal/LittlePal afterschool tutoring program during the school year and our reading and special activities program in the summer. The Director also coordinates various community outreaches, ministry activities and fundraisers with our Board of Directors, and congregation and community partners throughout the year. This is a hybrid position allowing part time working from home, part time working on site.

    Qualifications include:

    • Experience teaching or tutoring children (school, church or similar setting)
    • Experience coordinating and managing volunteers
    • The ability to manage projects
    • Good administrative and writing skills
    • Self-starter
    • Results oriented
    • Love Jesus and working with children and families

    Additional skills that are a plus:

    • Experience in community outreach, missions or other ministries for building relationships
    • Proficiency in Spanish

    Heavy part-time to full-time (30-40 hours/per week)
