Meridian is a PreK-8th grade school located in Northwest Washington, DC. Our mission is
to inspire a passion for learning in our students and to help them build their self-
confidence and self-respect through academic achievement.
Our 650+ students are a diverse mix of African-American, Latino, Asian, African, and white
students. Almost 30% of our students are Multi-language learners, and we have one of the
largest Hispanic populations in DC charter schools. We are committed to building a

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Operations Coordinator will organize and coordinate office administration and
procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The
Operations Coordinator is responsible for developing internal communication protocols,
streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and
duties as assigned.
The position is a full-time, salaried, 12-month position and will report
to the Chief Operating Officer. The salary range for the Operations Coordinator position is $60,000-66,000 / year.
