    Your Mission:

    You'll oversee therapeutic services and case management for children in our care, ensuring each child receives personalized treatment that addresses their unique physical, mental, and emotional needs. Working alongside dedicated therapists, case managers, and community partners, you'll create a network of support that transforms lives.

    What You'll Do:

    🎯 Clinical Leadership

      • Design and oversee individualized treatment plans that truly make a difference
      • Lead a team of licensed therapists and case managers with mentorship and guidance
      • Ensure trauma-informed care practices are woven throughout our organization
      • Champion evidence-based treatments and promising practices

    πŸ“‹ Quality & Compliance Excellence

      • Maintain compliance with Texas DFPS regulations and federal standards
      • Oversee timely CANS 3.0 assessments and comprehensive evaluations
      • Ensure all treatment services meet mandated timeframes and quality standards
      • Keep meticulous documentation that protects both children and our mission

      • Partner with families, caregivers, and external service providers for holistic care
      • Build relationships with community resources to expand support networks
      • Facilitate meaningful team meetings that drive results
      • Communicate critical updates and progress to executive leadership

    πŸ“ˆ Team Development & Growth

      • Provide professional development opportunities for clinical staff
      • Monitor and elevate staff performance to maintain exceptional care standards
      • Create a culture of continuous learning and improvement

    What You Bring:

    Required:

      • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, Current LPC, LCSW, or equivalent clinical license or School Nurse experience
      • 5+ years of clinical supervision experience in child welfare, foster care, or residential treatment
      • Deep knowledge of Texas DFPS regulations and child welfare systems
      • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities

    Preferred:

      • Specialized experience in trauma-informed care and treatment
      • Familiarity with Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) system and credentialing
      • Background working with children facing complex emotional, behavioral, or medical challenges
