About Kids in Need of Dentistry (KIND)
Founded in 1912, Kids in Need of Dentistry (KIND) has been a trusted provider of accessible, high-quality oral healthcare for Colorado’s children. Our mission is simple but powerful: to increase the oral health and happiness of children in need by eliminating dental disease through compassionate treatment and education. We serve kids who may have gone years without dental care—and we meet them with kindness, dignity, and excellence.
With innovative programs, mobile outreach, and clinic-based care, we proudly served over 8,400 individuals in 2023. KIND is more than a clinic—it’s a community dedicated to equity, prevention, and hope. We’re looking for a dedicated General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist to join our team and help transform lives, one smile at a time.
The Opportunity: Join KIND’s Mission-Driven Care Team
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Dentist to provide high-quality, culturally responsive care to underserved children (ages 0–18). This role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, competitive pay, and no administrative burden—allowing you to focus fully on patient care. You’ll be supported by an experienced clinical assistant and a robust administrative team that manages supplies, billing, and scheduling.
