Children’s Music & Faith Formation Director

Description
We are experiencing an increase in families with children interested in church. We are looking for one or two people to lead our Children’s Music and Faith Formation programs.
We hope this person will bring a love of music and a love of God to our children. We presently offer a one classroom Faith Workshop during worship for children up to Grade 5. We rely on volunteers to lead discussion and activities. We are also very interested in providing music education and faith education through music for our children.
Youth Group (Grades 6-12) and Confirmation are led by the Senior Pastor.
The Search Committee welcomes applications from candidates who are interested in either the Music part or the Faith Formation part or both! As a church, we understand the evolving nature of family life and how children engage with religious programming.
We are open to the Spirit’s guidance in shaping and reshaping us to meet the gifts and skills of whoever is being called by God to join us. We hope you will apply and enjoy the conversation about what we might do together.
