    • Coordinate the activities of the bodies, including the management of complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics for meetings and conferences with individuals and entities internal and external to M4BL.
    • Manage multiple projects; anticipate and track critical dates, expenses, events, and logistical needs
    • Convene members in rapid response moments and facilitate decision making

    Documentation

    • Excellent record keeping; organize and maintain documentation systems that ensure all pertinent information and supporting materials are retained in accordance with the highest governance standards
    • Retain knowledge of governance rules and procedures, and ensure that they’re being followed both in process and in documentation

    Communication

    • Compose correspondence; develop, review, and edit presentations and documentation; independently research and analyze associated issues and/or compile materials needed for presentation and/or decision-making purposes
    • Liaise with Executive Assistants of the Co-Executives as necessary
    • Attend designated member meetings, and support taking notes on information and decisions relevant to the governing bodies

    Supporting the Governing Members

    • Support the development of the governing bodies; support member onboarding, offboarding and recruitment into governance bodies; coordinate learning opportunities and systems development
    • Provide systems, reminders, and support for members to complete their work in between and during meetings

    Other duties as necessary.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3-5 years of administrative and/or project management experience
    • Multiple years of demonstrated high-level administrative experience supporting executive-level individuals and teams
