Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of WDL’s core programming, including the design and launch of a new membership & alumni fellowship program. This role will also build out scalable programming tracks for alumni and members, manage partnership-based programming, and provide programmatic oversight of our fellows’ work.

A key representative of WDL, the Senior Program Manager will frequently travel and serve as the face of the organization in most external settings—representing WDL in partner collaborations, member engagements, training, and public-facing opportunities. This person must be able to engage members actively, navigate complex real-time issues with them, and serve as a trusted, knowledgeable resource within the WDL community.

The Senior Program Manager will supervise and work in close collaboration with the program associate, while partnering with WDL’s senior team, advisors, staff and contractors to ensure that our programs are mission-aligned, high-quality, accessible and sustainable.
