    Hours: M-W 9-5 Th 11:30-8:30 Sun 11-2:30

    Overview

    Yad Ezra is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Client Services Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and the individuals and families we support. This role is critical to upholding the mission of Yad Ezra by ensuring that all client-facing interactions are welcoming, respectful, and effectively coordinated.

    The Coordinator will oversee client intake, service logistics, and administrative processes. They will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate data tracking, and consistent program implementation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Interaction & Support

      • Manage client application intake and review process.
      • Oversee onboarding for new and one-time-only clients.
      • Clearly communicate service policies, expectations, and updates.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-facing services.
      • Be present and available for all client serving sessions to offer direct support.

    Logistics & Coordination

      • Prepare and organize daily food pickup and delivery orders.
      • Coordinate schedules with Yad Ezra staff and volunteer drivers.
      • Serve as liaison with Jewish Family Services (JFS) for delivery-related inquiries.
      • Ensure smooth daily operations for in-house and remote service provision.

    Program Oversight

      • Manage the Simcha Fund application and reimbursement process with sensitivity and confidentiality.
      • Lead seasonal initiatives such as Chanukkah gift distribution and other holiday support programs.
      • Maintain updated signage, flyers, and outreach materials—ensuring they are available in English and other relevant languages.

    Reporting & Data Management

      • Compile monthly reports on client services and participation metrics.
      • Track outreach engagement and assess client needs trends.
      • Maintain accurate records using databases and spreadsheets.

    Qualifications

      • Prior experience in a social services, nonprofit, or community outreach setting.
      • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations with empathy and professionalism.
      • Must have demonstrated experience working within pluralistic Jewish communities and a strong understanding of diverse Jewish practices, traditions, and organizational structures. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity to the diverse needs within Jewish communities
      • Fluent in English; additional language fluency (e.g., Russian, Hebrew) is a plus.
      • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and client management systems/databases.
      • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
      • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in real-time.
      • Willingness to work occasional evenings or holidays during special programming.
