    Description

    The Education Associate supports the daily operations of NACM’s education services, delivering high-quality professional learning experiences to members. This role coordinates and monitors multiple virtual courses each year, manages and updates content in NACM’s learning management system (LMS), and organizes 5–8 monthly webinars covering industry-relevant and soft-skill topics.

    In addition, this position will coordinate with speakers, oversee continuing education (CEU) allocations, and collaborate with teams on registration, customer service, surveys, and reporting. The Education Associate will also assist with NACM’s professional credentialing programs, such as supporting exam preparation activities, responding to candidate questions, and maintaining accurate records. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure seamless educational program delivery.

    This is a full-time position based in Columbia, MD. Occasional domestic travel is required 25% to support NACM National conference and industry events. After one year of successful performance, the position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (2 remote days per week).

      • Analytical skills to interpret participation data and feedback
      • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms is a plus
      • Flexible and adaptable problem-solving approach
      • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, business, or related field
      • 1–3 years of experience coordinating educational or professional development programs
      • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) ( Moodle is a plus)
      • Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
      • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
      • Experience in a membership association or nonprofit setting
      • Understanding of professional credentialing or certification programs
      • Exposure to educational marketing and promotions
      • Strong organizational and project-management skills
