The Opportunity:
The Manager, Finance and Operations plays a pivotal role on our team. This position ensures the financial health, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance of our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a systems thinker and hands-on manager to shape core business functions, steward and evolve operational infrastructure, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Role Summary
The Manager, Finance and Operations will oversee day-to-day financial management and organizational operations, working closely with department teams, external consultants, and the Vice President, Finance and Operations. The candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and insight, and will coordinate key finance processes—including budgeting, payroll, reconciliation, and reporting—while also optimizing operations across vendor management, contract stewardship, office logistics, and HR support.

What Success Looks Like
Salary
The salary for this position is $85,000/year. In addition, Nonprofit New York offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage; generous holidays, sick days, and paid time off; 401(k) plan with employer match, and professional development opportunities, among other benefits.
