Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Philanthropy to spearhead our efforts in driving transformational growth in contributed revenue. This senior leadership role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing the mission of the largest Girl Scout council in the country.
As the Director of Philanthropy, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Leading a team of dedicated philanthropy professionals, you will develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies, foster meaningful relationships with major donors and institutional partners, and collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy & External Affairs Officer to support and expand our mission.

Other Requirements
This position requires occasional travel throughout our Council’s jurisdiction (including parts of Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia) and some evening and weekend availability. Reliable car transportation is necessary, and mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related travel outside the office.

The starting salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000.
