    Role Description

    IPC is hiring a Corporate Relations and Membership Coordinator for a full-time remote position. This role supports corporate fundraising and membership engagement efforts and works closely with the CEO. Key responsibilities include coordinating fundraising communications, managing member records and benefits, scheduling meetings, and supporting event logistics and communications. The Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining accurate databases, ensuring follow-up with partners, and supporting global engagement activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with corporate fundraising, including requests, tracking, and follow-up
    • Coordinate membership nominations, recognition, and event support
    • Maintain contact and membership databases
    • Support virtual and in-person meetings with IPC members, staff, and sponsors
    • Draft communications for sponsors and members
    • Ensure high-quality administrative and operational support

    Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or membership support
    • Strong communication and writing skills
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
    • Interest in global health or mission-driven nonprofit work preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, nonprofit management, or related field preferred
