We are seeking a passionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) Community Outreach & Social Media Coordinator to lead engagement, recruitment, partnership building, and digital storytelling. This full-time role (40 hours/week) merges grassroots outreach with strategic social media coordination to amplify DAY ONE’s mission, ensure our programs are accessible and inclusive, and reflect the voices of the communities we serve. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Workforce Initiatives, this role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, cultural responsiveness, and a deep commitment to equity.
