    Love connecting with people and making their day a little brighter? We're looking for a warm, organized Member Services Coordinator to be the heart of our member experience in person at our office in Livingston 4-5 days per week (up to 16 hours, mid-day to afternoons preferred).

    How You'll Make a Difference to Our Members:

    Being Their First Point of Contact - Answer calls with a smile, help with membership questions, and connect people to the resources they need

    Guiding Their NJPA Journey - Process new applications, help members transition through different membership levels, and keep their profiles up-to-date

    Connecting Our Community - Maintain referral lists, manage listservs, and help members access supervision and consultation services

    Keeping Things Running Smoothly - Handle membership renewals, create helpful reports, and ensure our affiliate partners stay connected

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
    • Ability to provide exceptional and timely customer service
    • Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
    • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate member needs (mid-day to afternoons preferred)
    • Experience with association management or membership organizations
    • Technical support experience or aptitude for troubleshooting
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
    • Familiarity with database management and member portal systems

    Additional Information:

    This position is a part-time, in-person position at our office in Livingston. Office building includes a cafe and employee gym. There will be some flexibility on the hours and days of the week, with 4-5 days per week and mid-day to afternoons preferred.
