    This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Christian leader to guide and grow a well-established, geographically focused organization with a clear and impactful mission. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, ensuring its continued success and expansion.

    In this leadership position, you will lead the organization's strategic direction, fundraising efforts, and team development. You will work closely with the board of directors, staff, donors, and community partners to sustain and strengthen the organization’s mission through direct donor engagement, foundations, partnerships with churches, organizing fundraising events, and overseeing grant writing efforts.

    The Executive Director is expected to be hands-on and will have significant involvement in the day-to-day operations, setting a vision for growth and sustainability, and building relationships with the stakeholders.

    About Us

    We are a comprehensive, primary-care clinic in King and Snohomish County focused on the low income and uninsured. Our services include integrated and comprehensive, medical, dental and mental health counseling. Join our team and work alongside others who share a desire to find solutions for those who fall through the cracks of the system.

    Purpose

    The primary function of the Executive Director is to lead the clinic in vision, operations, and strategic growth, while adhering to the mission of Lahai Health and maintaining financial stability.

    Hours: Full Time

    Salary: $100,000 to $130,000

    Summary of Benefits: Lahai provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to all exempt and non-exempt employees working more than 30 hours per week. Lahai offers a voluntary 401K retirement plan to all full/part-time employees who are 21 years of age and older who are eligible to participate. PTO is accrued at a rate of .057 per hour for employees working over 20 hours per week. Lahai recognizes 11 paid holidays and holiday pay is pro-rated based on the numbers of hours you are regularly scheduled to work.

    Location: Washington – Lynnwood, some local travel

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure adherence to the mission of Lahai.
    • Seek to bring glory to Jesus through all areas of the ministry.
    • Provide leadership and oversight in program development, partnership building, strategic planning, and fund development.
    • Oversee program managers to ensure delivery of healthcare services are meeting the needs of patients and clients.
    • Consult and communicate regularly with the Board and provide timely reporting on major issues and key indicators impacting the clinic.
    • Provide opportunities for board engagement for fund development and community engagement.
    • Provide financial management that generates a net zero or positive NOI.
    • Manage the budgeting process, maintain an awareness of the Clinic's cash flow position, and apprise the Board of that position.
    • Ensure implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
    • Oversee revenue generation including grants, individuals, churches, businesses, GIK, and all other sources of funding.
    • Represent the clinic to the community at large through presence and speaking.
    • Provide overall supervision and performance evaluation for staff members.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Extensive management experience, including managing managers.
    • Extensive management experience, including managing managers.
    • Excellent fund-raising capacity from marketing to donor relations.
    • Financial management including budgeting, accounting controls, and financial planning.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and leading devotions.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and technical skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Preferred knowledge of the healthcare industry.
    • Ability to inform and engage with the Board of Directors.

    In carrying out duties the Executive Director will:

    • Perform job responsibilities in accordance with Lahai’s Statement of Faith.
    • Pray regularly for Lahai and God’s direction in fulfilling job responsibilities and duties.
    • Pray with staff, donors, volunteers, and patients as appropriate.
    • Comply with federal and state regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
    • Follow the board’s policies and directives.
    • Keep the Board of Directors apprised of critical issues.
