    • Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate and current records for sponsors, vendors, volunteers, donors, and partners.
    • Oversee the installation, activation, and deactivation of all organization-owned devices and technology (e.g., tablets, laptops, hotspots).
    • Recommend and implement improvements to technology systems, working with staff, volunteers, and vendors to enhance efficiency.
    • Run and distribute reports from CRM and event systems; manage email list maintenance and integrations.
    • Manage software licenses, domains, and subscription renewals to ensure ongoing compliance and functionality.

    Administrative and Organizational Support

    • Support general office operations, including but not limited to inventory, vendor relations, and supply management across Atlanta Pride’s office and festival.
    • Process payments, prepare reports, and support financial data entry and reconciliation in coordination with the bookkeeper.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace in partnership with office management.
