As a Program Manager, you will play a vital role in cultivating a therapeutic safe space for at-risk youth, overseeing the residential program's atmosphere, providing support, training, and performance management for your team. This job is a full-time position (40 hours per week). The schedule is Monday 9am-5pm;Tuesday 12pm-9pm; Wednesday 9am-5pm; Thursday 1pm-9pm; Friday 9am-4pm.
Pay range is between $70,000/year- $74,500/year.
