Position Description:
The administrative/intake specialist position supports operations and the legal staff by greeting and welcoming clients, answering and directing phone calls, completing intakes, and managing files. The position requires strong customer service and office technology skills as well as a strong ability to communicate well with people from various socio-economic backgrounds. The Administrative Intake Specialist must care deeply about access to justice for underserved communities, value volunteers, and enjoy working on a collaborative team.
