    About NCCPC

The Northern California College Promise Coalition (NCCPC) is a regional effort that brings together leaders, practitioners, and resources to shape college success efforts across the region. Representing over 300,000 students across 13 counties, NCCPC is dedicated to systemic change that supports first-generation, low-income, and multiply marginalized and underrepresented students in achieving postsecondary success.

With strong momentum, a broad network, and the agility to scale, NCCPC is poised to expand its impact through its three key pillars: Policy, Partnerships, and Practice. NCCPC seeks a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced leader to build on the entrepreneurial foundation set by the incredible work of the outgoing Executive Director in collaboration with the Steering Committee and guide the coalition into Phase 3 for the coalition — structuring for sustainability and growth.
