Position Description
This position is responsible for the operation of the CASA Program and Courthouse Offices which includes but is not limited to greeting and directing volunteers and guests, managing and maintaining program information, corresponding and coordinating with court personnel, scheduling, maintaining databases and files, and general office duties.

Responsibilities
This position is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and retirement contribution match. New staff members are eligible for a total of up to 40 paid days off per year (15 paid holidays, 10 vacation days, 2 personal days, 10 sick days, 3 bereavement days, as well as parental leave as needed) with additional vacation time for each year of seniority. Through CASA’s hybrid work policy this role offers significant schedule flexibility. Working from home is possible Mondays, Fridays, and alternating Wednesdays.
