This role focuses on email and SMS-based campaigns, supporter mobilization, and data-driven advocacy infrastructure.

    Key Areas of Accountability

    Strategic Digital Campaign Development

    • Design and implement digital advocacy strategies aligned with the Policy Project’s legislative and electoral goals.
    • Translate policy demands and electoral priorities into compelling, action-driven digital campaigns.
    • Integrate digital tactics to pressure elected officials and support the election of congressional candidates aligned with Palestinian rights.

Email and SMS Campaigns for Mobilization and Persuasion

    • Manage the organization’s email program to drive education, engagement, and direct advocacy actions.
    • Develop and execute peer-to-peer and broadcast text messaging campaigns aimed at persuasion, GOTV, and pressure targeting.
    • Craft segmented messaging that reaches voters, constituents, and activists with high-impact, relevant calls-to-action.
    • Lead message testing and experimentation in SMS/email to improve outreach and mobilization effectiveness.

Voter Profiling, Data Strategy, and List Growth

    • Build and analyze detailed voter and supporter profiles to inform targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
    • Oversee list-building and acquisition strategies to grow a diverse, engaged national base of over 1 million supporters.
    • Manage CRM systems (e.g., Action Network, EveryAction, or Salesforce), ensuring clean data, effective targeting, and strong deliverability.

    • Demonstrated success using email and SMS tools to move congressional voting behavior and mobilize grassroots pressure.
    • Familiarity with CRMs and advocacy platforms (e.g., Action Network, EveryAction, Scale to Win, or similar).

    Skills and Attributes

    • Strategic thinker and digital tactician with fluency in using technology to shift political outcomes.
    • Strong writing and message development skills, especially for rapid-response and action-driven outreach.
    • Data-literate and analytical; able to use testing, segmentation, and targeting to refine digital strategy.
    • Skilled in campaign planning, cross-functional collaboration, and managing multiple moving parts.
    • Deep alignment with IMEU’s mission and values, including a commitment to justice and Palestinian human rights.
