    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Create and execute marketing strategy that promotes Village Alliance programs and communicates their impact across digital and print channels.
    • Advance Project Green by developing campaigns that inspire donor and sponsor support.
    • Evolve Village Access into a rewards program that delivers measurable business impact for participating businesses.
    • Develop and manage relationships with businesses and sponsors to bring commercial activations and cultural installations to Village Alliance plazas, ensuring they are professionally executed and aligned with the district’s character.
    • Produce authentic content and communications that highlight the unique identity of Greenwich Village and its businesses.
    • Oversee social media, newsletters, and the website with an editorial calendar that ensures brand consistency and alignment.
    • Plan and execute events and meetings - from press conferences and art unveilings to board meetings - with clear timelines and run-of-show preparation.
    • Track performance and outcomes of marketing and communications to refine strategy and demonstrate results.

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING

    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or partnerships.
    • Experience generating funding, sponsorships, or measurable business outcomes.
    • Experience developing projects and events from planning through execution.
    • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite with strong design and branding skills.
    • Ability to plan strategically and adapt as circumstances change.
    • Strong communicator with a knack for identifying authentic, compelling angles.
    • Event management experience preferred.
    • Able to take direction and run with it, working independently within a small, collaborative team.
    • Outgoing and personable, with strong relationship-building skills.

    Benefits

    • $90,000 base salary plus 10% commission on applicable programs. Compensation grows with the programs you create and expand.
    • Competitive benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, and cell phone reimbursement.
