We offer three integrated programs. Our award-winning high school-level program pairs HiSET (GED) preparation with athletics, art, poetry, and small classes. Our highly supportive part-time college courses provide continuous opportunities for women to begin or resume their studies. Our in-house college program, Bard Microcollege Holyoke, provides a supportive environment to earn an associate’s degree. To remove barriers to success, we provide comprehensive support services including childcare, healthcare, transportation, food, counseling, and housing resources.

    • Develop and maintain a calendar of recruitment events, information sessions, and key enrollment periods.
    • Raise program visibility by researching and recommending sponsorship, community advertisements, and local engagement opportunities such as co-hosting events, workshops, and information sessions.

    Design and Brand Engagement

    • Support basic graphic design needs (e.g., flyers, posters, branded products, advertisements), working with consultants when needed.
    • Manage the creation, organization, and distribution of outreach materials—including print, digital assets, and swag.
