About The Care Center:
The Care Center is a comprehensive and transformative educational program located in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide opportunities for young mothers and all women facing systemic barriers to resume their education and acquire the education, resources, and skills for lifelong growth, wellness, and economic stability. We offer three integrated programs. Our award-winning high school-level program pairs HiSET (GED) preparation with athletics, art, poetry, and small classes. Our highly supportive part-time college courses provide continuous opportunities for women to begin or resume their studies. Our in-house college program, Bard Microcollege Holyoke, provides a supportive environment to earn an associate’s degree. To remove barriers to success, we provide comprehensive support services including childcare, healthcare, transportation, food, counseling, and housing resources.
Position Summary:
The Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for increasing student enrollment across all programs by building partnerships, deepening community engagement, and identifying high-impact recruitment opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to social justice and educational equity, has strong marketing and communication skills, and is strategic and passionate about building partnerships that increase organizational visibility and connect more women to life-changing programs.

The Care Center is located at 247 Cabot Street in Holyoke. This is a full-time exempt position for 35 hours per week. General work hours are 8:30am-3:30pm at The Care Center, with the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is $65,000 per year. Benefits include 19 vacation days; 12 sick days; office closures the first week of July and between Christmas and New Years; 12 paid holidays; 70% of health insurance; 100% of life and disability insurance; and a 401(k) direct employer contribution and employee match.
