    If you’re ready for the brightest career future, join us in this excellent opportunity to showcase your talents. We are currently seeking an experienced Organizational Development Training Assistant for our Training & Staff Development department.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides administrative, project and training coordination support to the Organizational Development, Talent and Learning Department
    • Providing assistance in the scheduling, communication and metrics reporting of all departmental learning (live, virtual, blended and eLearning) Organizational Development (OD) and coaching initiatives that take place during the year
    • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for department learning initiatives
    • Produce virtual learning events via Zoom
    • Professionally answer and screen phone calls for department and respond to or filter calls, as able, regarding requests, questions, appointments etc. while maintaining confidentiality
    • Assist the department in scheduling appointments and preparing materials for meetings
    • Prepare and set-up materials for department trainings and/or workshops and conduct the end of session and break down activities at the end of the session, including zoom polling and evaluation activities.
    • Produce documents and materials for sessions as needed (workbooks, handouts, activity materials/props)
    • Prepare the completion of monthly metrics for the department
    • Prepare files/folders for the department and assist with file structure set up and electronic and paper filing when necessary
    • Prepare documents and projects using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365 cloud-based solutions and Adobe Acrobat DC
    • Conduct basic Learning Management System (LMS) functions - Assign e-learning courses, assist users, etc.
    • Back up to other Department Staff as needed (Virtual Learning and LMS Coordinator, Administrative Assistant II)
    • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience, general office experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities to successfully perform in the position required
    • Experience in training facilitation is a plus
    • Experience working in OD or training departments is a plus
    • Must have proficient computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Must be detail oriented, flexible and possess strong service excellence, administrative, organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral, written and listening) skills
    • Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with staff, coworkers, Fund management and the public
    • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, multi-task, make sound judgments, manage time effectively and prioritize work assignment
    • Must be able to work within and maintain the confidentiality required of the organization and the ODTL department
    • Additional proficiency in project management skills/software, a plus
    • Proficiency in online survey development (SurveyMonkey), a plus
    • Knowledge of word processing tools: Publisher, Nitro, Adobe Acrobat DC
    • Experience working in OD or training departments is a plus
    • Must be able to accommodate fluctuating hours by arriving as early as 7:30 AM and/or staying until 5:30 PM on scheduled training days; normal business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on non-training days
