Studio in a School Association (Studio) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, empathetic, and collaborative professional with an interest in arts education to join our team as the Associate Program Manager. The Associate Program Manager will oversee, coordinate and support the Arts Intern college program and play a crucial role in providing administrative, logistical, and clerical support for the programs, student recruitment, and new initiatives within the program, making a significant impact on the art education community. The Associate Program Manager will provide support and guidance during the program implementation period to NYC and Cleveland, the Studio team, and staff at student recruitment and host sites. This role is an integral part of a passionate, talented team within a well-respected arts education organization. It offers the opportunity to contribute to Studio's mission while gaining knowledge about arts education, program design, and implementation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in visual arts and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is crucial, as is a willingness to travel. Additionally, experience in providing effective supervision and leadership to a team is required.
The Associate Program Manager will report to the Director of Internships. This is a part-time (up to 28 hours per week), non-exempt, non-union position.
About the College Internship Program
Founded by Agnes Gund in 1999, Arts Intern provides opportunities for skilled college undergraduates with financial need to experience arts professions through paid internships. Full-time paid summer internships are available in various departments, including curatorial, collections, marketing, education, and archives.

Location
We are currently working on a hybrid schedule. The Associate Program Manager is expected to work at least 2 days per week in our office at 410 W 59th Street, though this schedule may shift and evolve.
Hours
As a member of the administrative staff, the Associate Program Manager is expected to work from 9 AM to 5 PM each scheduled workday. Any schedule shift request must be requested in advance and receive approval from the supervisor. Candidates must be available to work consistently from mid-May through August.

Salary
