    EPiC is hiring for two dynamic Program Managers!

    The Circle of Hope Program Manager will play a vital role in strengthening EPiC's community of care engagement and advocacy. They will ensure EPiC’s social emotional health and wellness program for parents/caregivers are implemented to improve parent wellbeing, parent-child relationships, and advocacy. This position requires a background in social services or public health, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and a passion for community engagement.

    The Collectives Program Manager (PART-TIME) will play a vital role in strengthening EPiC authentic family engagement model from Early Childhood Education (ECE) to K12. This position requires a background in education and/or social services. The Program Manager will have experiences with collaborations between educators and parents, strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for community engagement.

    The Circle of Hope Program Manager is a 3-year grant funded position with flexible, hybrid hours based on organization needs. Some projects require evening hours of engagement and occasional weekends. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications starting at 48K from Sept 1, 2025 - June 30, 2028. Health insurance included in the benefits package.

    The Collectives Program Manager is a part-time position with flexible, hybrid hours based on organization needs. Some projects require evening hours of engagement and occasional weekends. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications starting at $23/hour with possibility for full-time work after 12/31/25. Health insurance included in the benefits package for full-time employees.
