The New Sector Alliance Facilitator Certification Program is designed to prepare a cohort of skilled facilitators to deliver the New Sector Alliance Leadership Longevity Fellows (LLF), Designing Your Success (DYS), and related programs. The Certification Program will involve a dual-role experience that will both build Facilitators’ professional leadership capacity and facilitation skills.
Facilitators-in-Training will first participate in the Leadership Longevity Fellowship’s National Cohort (September 2025–August 2026) as fully sponsored participants, completing an immersive professional development experience. Then, Facilitators-in-Training will co-facilitate the program for a subsequent cohort, delivering the curriculum at local nonprofit sites for place-based cohorts or virtually for national cohorts.
The Certification Program is ideal for mission-driven professionals with experience in facilitation, adult learning, and coaching—and a passion for building effective, diverse, and resilient leadership in the social sector.
