✊ About the Campaign

Tipped workers in Michigan already won a raise but politicians overturned the will of the people and took it away. We're launching a veto referendum to protect that raise and restore One Fair Wage (with tips on top) for all.

We're hiring restaurant workers, bar staff, and other tipped workers to join the fight and collect signatures to get this veto referendum on the ballot. This is your chance to stand up, get paid, and make history.

📝 What You’ll Do

• Collect petition signatures from registered voters in public spaces (markets, events, transit stations, etc.) and sometimes via door knocking
• Talk to community members about why One Fair Wage matters
• Follow legal requirements and campaign guidelines for petitioning
• Submit signature sheets and track progress
• Attend short trainings and team check-ins

💪 Who We’re Looking For

• Current or former restaurant, bar, or service industry workers preferred
• Outgoing, passionate, and willing to talk to lots of people
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow directions
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

💵 What You’ll Get

• $20/hour, paid weekly ( we also have per signature models available for distributed remote people who can’t come to the office to launch a shift)
• Flexible part-time hours weekday and weekend shifts available
