supervision of the residents served in the transitional and senior PSH
programs.
Responsible to: New Transitions Program Manager
Summary of Duties: Responsibilities to include but
not limited to the following:
non-judgment and empathy.
This position does not supervise any other position
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Regular internal contact with NEBW staff
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: At least two recent years’ experience working in shelters or residential programs
Knowledge: Ability to communicate effectively
