Project Manager, Impact Purchasing
About the Position
The Project Manager for Impact Purchasing at the Healthcare Anchor Network (HAN) will be in charge of planning, and managing HAN’s impact purchasing workstream, including project, partnerships and other activities. This is a remote, full-time exempt position, Collective Bargaining Unit, Classification 6 reporting directly to the HAN President intended to start September 8, 2025 and includes a six month probationary period.

The Healthcare Anchor Network (HAN) is a national collaboration of more than 75 health systems (nearly 40% of nonprofit healthcare) committed to building inclusive and sustainable local economies through the anchor mission. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will have the following general duties and responsibilities, as well as other duties that may arise based on the demands of specific programs and project deliverables. The employee will work closely with the President and relevant staff in your project management area.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum requirements include a graduate degree and 4 years relevant post-college work experience or 8+ years of relevant post-college work experience.
Employment and Compensation:
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. The job includes a generous benefits package including 99% of employee health benefits covered by employer, three weeks of paid vacation per year, and an employer contribution of 7% to a 403(b) retirement plan. The starting salary for a Project Manager II is $83,088.64, and the maximum salary for this role is up to $110,000.
HAN offers a flexible work schedule. The work schedule is Monday - Friday with some flexibility on working hours based on location.
The first six months of employment are considered a probationary period for new employees. New employees will be given a review before the initial probationary period expires.
