Are you ready to lead an organization where art, inclusion, and joy converge? At PHAME, we believe art is for everyone. Position Overview
Why This Role Matters
PHAME is at a thrilling point in its evolution. We’re wrapping up a major capital campaign, preparing to relocate, and expanding our reach in Portland’s arts and disability advocacy communities. We’re looking for a leader who is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and fundraiser—someone who can drive vision while building deep relationships with students, staff, donors, board, and partners.
