About Spring Street Climate Fund
Spring Street Climate Fund is a non-profit advocacy organization that runs strategic issue campaigns to win world-leading climate policy in New York that can make a difference on a global scale. We use a growing toolkit to help win our priority campaigns, including press and media work, public opinion research, training and support for activists and movement staff, and grassroots organizing of key constituencies who share our goals.

The Finance & Operations Manager Role
The new Finance & Operations Manager will play a key role in keeping the organization running smoothly, ensuring that our internal systems are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with our mission. This person will be responsible for coordinating finance, compliance, and day-to-day operations, working closely with the Managing Director, external accountants, and a small, mission-driven team.
We seek someone who is detail-oriented, systems-oriented, and excited to help build and maintain the operational backbone of a growing nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will bring experience in nonprofit administration, and will be ready to support both the core team and a small group of fiscally sponsored projects as we grow.
