Director of Operations/ Administration

Metanoia is seeking a mission-driven Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day administration, finance, HR, and residential facility operations in support of a trauma-informed residential program. This senior leadership role reports to the Executive Director and ensures that systems, resources, and infrastructure are aligned with organizational goals. Candidates should have 8+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit or mission-driven settings, with expertise in finance, operations, and HR, and a strong understanding of residential or housing compliance. The position offers a salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus health, dental, and vision benefits.
