    Job Overview

    The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator is a full time position that reports to the Corporate Partnerships Officer and is part of Cascade Bicycle Club’s development team. This position primarily supports the Corporate Partnerships Officer to ensure exceptional cultivation, solicitation, activation, and fulfillment of all sponsorship relationships for Cascade Bicycle Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Washington Bikes, a (501)(c)(4) nonprofit affiliated with Cascade.

    This is an outward facing position which requires a high level of comfort communicating both verbally and digitally in a wide range of situations with diverse audiences. This role has opportunities to work with, and support all Cascade staff, events, and programs.

    Cascade Bicycle Club, the nation's largest statewide bicycle nonprofit, is 9,500-members, 55-years old, and 44-staff strong, serving bike riders of all ages and abilities throughout the state of Washington. We teach the joys of bicycling, advocate for safe places to ride, and produce community rides and events.     What You’ll Bring

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Partnerships & Sponsorship Fulfillment (70%)

    • Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships Officer, Events Team, and Marketing Team to ensure all partner benefits are delivered, including logo placement, social media content coordination, and event activation support.
    • Manage and track partnership deliverables in Monday.com project management tool and organize logos and partner collateral
    • Create and update sponsorship decks, proposals, partner recap presentations, and other partner-facing materials.
    • Support sponsor activations by attending Cascade events and assisting with on-site logistics, partner engagement, and handling of banners, flags, and other event materials.
    • Coordinate and order materials for sponsorship activations; collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution, including event setup and transport of signage and supplies.
    • Secure, track, and coordinate all in-kind donations for events and programs.
    • Maintain accurate and timely data entry in Salesforce, capturing partnership details, deliverables, and communications.
    • Draft and distribute partner communications, including newsletters, surveys, and event briefings.
    • In collaboration with the Corporate Partnerships Officer, manage a portfolio of 20+ partners.
    • Research and prospect new partnership opportunities, with a focus on those valued at under $5,000/year.
    • Manage corporate contributions and employee engagement initiatives.

    Administrative & Relationship Management Support (30%)

    • Assist in the fulfillment and stewardship of corporate partners by scheduling check-ins, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
    • Support reporting to partners by compiling participation data, impact stories, and media coverage.
    • Conduct background research on prospective partners to inform outreach strategies.
    • Monitor trends in corporate philanthropy, sponsorships, and the events industry, sharing insights with the Corporate Partnerships Officer.
    • Prepare summaries and reports for internal stakeholders on partnership activity and outcomes.
    • Manage special projects and other duties as assigned to support the Corporate Partnerships Officer and Development Team.

    Skills and Compentencies

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Experience managing multiple projects involving diverse stakeholders
    • Attention to detail and high standards for efficiency
    • Positive attitude including a willingness to understand the needs of Cascade’s wide range of events, programs, and departments
    • Ability to quickly learn new systems and software programs
    • Willingness to participate in and support organization DEI programs
    • Comfort and familiarity with social media

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years experience working in an high volume communications/customer service role preferred
    • Commitment to quality in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with technology, including: MS Office Suite, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred.
    • Familiarity with sponsorship best practices and bicycling culture is a plus
    • Reliable transportation to events with the ability to transport activation materials as needed
    • This position requires a person to be able to lift up to 25 lbs to load and unload activation materials as well as bend, lift, and move.

    Job Details

    This position is full-time non-exempt and remote-hybrid eligible. Generally, work can be done off-site, provided there is no loss to team collaboration, the needs of the organization, and the essential functions of the position. However, residence in Washington state and the ability to come into the office one to two days a week are required. This position also requires evening and weekend work as required to support events, generally no more than one weekend per month. Typical weekly hours for this position are M-F, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
