About the Role:
This role is at the heart of our organization’s daily rhythm. The Program Manager is responsible for managing communications, scheduling, program logistics, and facility coordination across both our service dog and pet dog training programs. You’ll be the first point of contact for many people walking through our doors—families, volunteers, community partners—and we need someone who thrives on building relationships and creating clarity for others.

Schedule and Work Environment:
This position is based in Tucson and requires regular in-person presence due to its responsibilities. There is room for limited situational flexibility to work from home when appropriate, but this is not a remote or hybrid role.
Compensation:
Annual salary is $50,000. Benefits include Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a collaborative, mission-driven work culture.
