Come join Alameda Transportation Management Association (ATMA) as our new General Manager! The ATMA is seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented General Manager to lead our ongoing operations.
The General Manager will manage the implementation of ATMA’s programs, and be responsible for the financial management, operational management and program delivery of the organization. The GM will report to the ATMA Board of Directors and work closely with the City, regional transit agencies, regulatory agencies, vendors, and members. Reporting to the Board Chair, responsibilities of the General Manager include leading the development and execution of ATMA’s strategic plan in partnership with the ATMA board, program management including the AC Transit EZ Pass program and Clipper BayPass pilot program, Oakland Alameda Water Shuttle pilot program, community outreach, partnership and stakeholder engagement, finance and administration and board relations.

About ATMA
The Alameda TMA (Alameda Transportation Management Association) is a non-profit organization created to resolve transportation challenges facing people who live and work in the City of Alameda by connecting them to a network of sustainable, affordable, convenient, and active modes of transportation across the SF Bay Area.ATMA delivers and manages innovative transportation solutions, including partnering in the Oakland-Alameda Water Shuttle and issuing transit passes via AC Transit and MTC to residential and commercial members. The organization serves three project areas in the City of Alameda: the Northern Waterfront, Alameda Landing, and Alameda Point, and its primary funding sources are transportation demand management assessments and community facilities district assessments levied upon residential, commercial, and industrial properties to reduce traffic.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in Alameda, CA, and is scheduled Monday through Fridays, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends. The salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000, depending on experience. Benefits include:
