Parenting Program Coordinator

Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit that provides life-affirming care and support. Alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. Our Parenting Program Coordinator coordinates and plans parenting programs and events, manages resources, drives client program participation, and ensures accurate record-keeping.

Position Details:

• Salary: $50,000.00 annually
• Hours: Mon-Fri 8:55 am - 5:00 pm, Some Evenings & Weekends
• Work Location: Rotates between Bristol, Warminster & Philadelphia, PA

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and plan parenting programs, events and activities
• Manage program resources including procurement of materials, management of program supplies and program volunteers
• Drive growth in client participation through consistent outreach, follow-up, and program engagement strategies
• Ensure that women who chose life receive and complete family services assessment
• Record client interactions accurately

Ideal Candidates:

• Are passionate about creating transformative programming for mothers and children
• Are personable and can engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting environment
• Are professional and able to maintain personal boundaries
• Are organized and able to create structure within their work
• Have 2+ years of experience in program coordination
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
• Thrive in mission-driven environments
• Can obtain the necessary background checks and clearances required
