    What is the role of the facilitator?

    The facilitator is a key individual in the operation of Education for Sharing. Their primary role is to deliver the organization's educational programs to schools, community centers, and education institutions, ensuring proper implementation and successful outcomes.

    The main responsibilities of the Facilitator are:

    • Manage and implement Learning through Play training for educators, parents, and other key stakeholders
    • Monitoring the implementation of the E4S educational offers/programs
    • Collaborate in the adaptation and enrichment of the E4S programs’ curriculum
    • Actively participate and attend meetings with administrators, parents, and outside partners when appropriate
    • Submit periodic progress reports
    • Collect testimonies, anecdotes, and lessons learned from the implementation of the projects
    • Organize paperwork, including surveys, impact evaluation data, and other reports
    • Support in the search for educational spaces to implement E4S programs and services

    What are we looking for?

    A person:

    • With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology or related fields
    • Fluent in English and Spanish
    • With experience in group management
    • With experience working with teachers, children, and parents
    • With strong communication skills
    • Interest and a strong commitment to education
    • Ability to work in a team both in-person and remotely
    • Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of learners and teachers and the organization
    • Self-starter who can work independently on a day-to-day basis
    • Able to travel to designated schools, either by public transportation or other means

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $23.30 - $25.65 per hour

    Expected hours: 7 – 10 per week

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday

    Work Location: In person
