Position Description
The outreach coordinator will be responsible for implementing Clean Air Council’s environmental
justice outreach and advocacy work in southern Delaware County, Pennsylvania and northern Delaware.
The outreach coordinator will work to maintain and grow the Council’s relationships with community
leaders, and to engage residents and local groups in understanding local environmental health impacts
from industrial facilities and climate change. In addition, the outreach coordinator will support local
community leaders and residents in their ongoing efforts to address environmental concerns, including
raising their concerns to decision makers and advocating for protections and positive community
change. Project and program responsibilities may change over time.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Marcus Hook, Linwood, Trainer, and Chester, where many industrial facilities are located
reasonable public transportation, mileage, or rental cars.
