    Executive Site Director

    As our Executive Site Director, you will lead a dedicated site team to cultivate a joyful, high-performing culture and drive strong scholar outcomes so that first-generation college students can thrive in high school, succeed in college, and launch into meaningful careers. Day to day you will:

    1. Lead site strategy, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on our 10-year promise to scholars.
    2. Serve as a key partner in the cultivation and stewardship of donors, local leaders, and district/school leadership.
    3. Oversee student recruitment and retention strategies that build a vibrant, affirming community of scholars from under-resourced communities.
    4. Manage site operations, budget, and risk management practices that support a safe, inclusive, and fiscally responsible environment.
    5. Inspire, coach, and develop staff to ensure student success and a thriving workplace culture.

    To thrive in this job, you must:

    1. Be a values-driven leader with 10+ years of relevant experience in education, youth development, or nonprofit leadership.
    2. Bring strong strategic thinking and team management skills to execute with excellence.
    3. Have experience cultivating donors, boards, and/or community stakeholders to deepen engagement and raise resources.
    4. Be a confident communicator and relationship builder across lines of difference.

    College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. We do this by offering a holistic, asset-based program that invests in each of our scholars over 10 years: from high school to college, through the launch of their careers.

    Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for a Executive Site Director in San Francisco, CA is $140,000-$190,000/ Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $152,500 - $164,999/Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
