Job Summary:
The Director of Transitional Coaching is responsible for ensuring that Transitional Coaches are working with young adults (YAs) to develop support and wrap around services based on individual support plans through UTEC programming expectations. This position addresses the barriers that impact TCs in supporting young adults. This position is also responsible for supervising staff and daily operations of UTEC. The position is responsible for supervising Transitional Coaches and Assistant Director of Transitional Coaching.

Compensation
$75,000 plus benefits.
