This individual will join a development team of one full-time employee and two consultants. Together with the Managing Director, Artistic Director and Board of Directors, the development program will raise $1.8M in FY26. • Implement regular portfolio touchpoints including calls, customized emails, letters, MTC tours, in-person meetings, and other donor engagement opportunities.
    • Support and engage staff leaders, the Board of Directors, and Development Committee members in the strategy and solicitation of their personal major gift prospects.
    • Expand the major gifts prospect pipeline by identifying potential donors within annual and mid-level giving pools, leveraging connections of existing major donors, and engaging key MTC constituents with philanthropic networks.
