    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Engineer, reporting to the Director of Technology Services, will oversee the administration and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and develop and manage Power Platform solutions. This role is responsible for deploying solutions, implementing strategies for administering and management of both services, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The successful applicant will help enhance business operations through efficient technology solutions.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Administer and manage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, including configurations, customizations, and updates.
    • Develop, implement, and manage solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages.
    • Deploy CRM solutions and ensure their effective integration into existing systems.
    • Collaborate with various departments to align CRM and Power Platform solutions with organizational needs.
    • Implement strategies for the ongoing management and optimization of both applications.
    • Lead the development of custom integrations and system enhancements.
    • Monitor system performance and address issues.
    • Ensure the security and integrity of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and Power Platform solutions.
    • Create and maintain documentation for CRM and Power Platform solutions, including policies, procedures, and system architecture.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
    • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
    • Employ AI tools to assist with automated data processing and analytics.
    • Collaborate with departments to collect analyze and deliver organizational data and insights.

    Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience and 3 years relevant experience OR
    • 6 plus years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration, customization and development.
    • 3 plus years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Pages.
    • Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for Call2Recycle, with or without sponsorship.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Business Central 365 integration
    • JavaScript (form scripting and ribbon customization)
    • C# / .NET (plugins, custom workflow activities)
    • Web Resources (HTML, JS, CSS)
    • Power Platform CLI or PAC (for ALM and solutions)
    • Plugin Registration Tool
    • XrmToolbox
    • Self-starter with a thirst for learning and a curious nature.
    • A constructive attitude and ability to thrive in a mission-based organization

    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
    • Experience developing and managing Microsoft Power Platform services with a focus on Power Automate and Power Pages.
    • Experience developing strategies and best practices for managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform services.
    • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
