Overview:
The Director of Recruitment is responsible for managing the national recruiting process of identifying, building, and cultivating relationships with prospective volunteers and recruiting partners. This requires developing relationships with key constituencies including leadership and staff on recruiting campuses, former Jesuit Volunteers and other stakeholder institutions to support a national recruitment strategy. Throughout this work, the Director promotes the Jesuit Volunteer core values – Ignatian Spirituality & Reflection, Simple Living, Intentional Community, and Social & Ecological Justice – in all engagement and programming.
